We are looking for Cloud Solution/DevOps Architects who are passionate about Cloud and enabling customers to make the most out of AWS to support their digital transformation. We have big growth ambitions for 2022 and are looking for people who want to build out our delivery capability in an ambitious company. Your responsibilities will be:

• Delivery: You will work across the sales and delivery cycle from pre-sales to transition to ops. Your work will include the creation of high level and low-level designs for client projects and then providing a degree of hands-on delivery as part of Devops team and the client team.

• Technical Leadership and Cloud Evangelist: Provides overall leadership for the technical solution and management oversight for client engagements

• Engagement Management: Excel in leading client engagements. Manage stakeholder relationships, identify business needs, problems and solutions. Delight your clients and earn trust!

• Help win new business: Have supported sales teams to win new work, through client workshops, contributing to bid documents or identifying new opportunities.

• Experienced in Consulting: You will feel comfortable in all aspects related to advising, architecting and delivering the full life cycle of activities required to reshape an IT organisation through AWS Cloud and modern ways of working. Previous experience working in a Consultancy is preferred.

• Subject Matter Expert: The role requires deep understanding on all aspects of creating a change in an organisation through AWS Cloud. You are familiar with building AWS Landing Zones, migration to AWS, modernising existing workloads and building new cloud native applications on AWS. Ideally you will have over 15 years I.T. experience across infrastructure, networking, security, databases, COTS and bespoke applications.

• Technically hands-on: Demonstrable hands-on experience with AWS, automation technologies (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation), migration tools, well architected reviews, migration readiness assessments. Strong AWS generalist knowledge and ideally expertise in a particular area. Knowledge of containers; K8s, EKS, ECS would be highly desirable. You will have AWS Solution Architect Associate certification and working towards AWS Solution Architect Professional.

• Thought Leader: A leader in your field. You are likely to have contributed to thought leadership, either having written blogs and/or white papers, with contributions at seminars or conferences etc.

• Passionate about joining a growing business: Though client delivery will be a priority for the role, it will also involve a wide variety of other activities to support the on-going growth of our business going forward. Business development activities, evangelising Cloud topics including DevOps, managing a team and collaborating with our European colleagues.

Experience with any of the following is highly desirable:

• Designing, developing, and operating production environments

• Certification (Professional or Associate level), but there will also be assistance to gain (further) certification.

• AWS/Azure Cloud Experience.

• Infrastructure as code, such as Terraform or CloudFormation.

• Configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef or SaltStack

• Automation and CI/CD pipelines

• Hands on experience on AWS cloud, Azure DevOps suite

• Good knowledge of Jenkins, Git and CICD Pipeline designing.

• Serverless, Kubernetes, and traditional application stacks

• Agile/iterative development methodologies

• Programming languages and/or scripting languages

Demonstrable knowledge of DevOps is also desirable.

Who are we looking for? *

We are looking for a Cyber Security Analyst you will ensure that the business is protected against cyber security threats and that data is always kept secure. This will mean proactive planning, rapid responses to all security threats and incidents and serving as an escalation point for the other members of the team. You will work collaboratively with the business and wider IT team to provide governance and security for existing and new services. You will carry out cyber security operations including threat monitoring and incident prevention/response, as well as supporting the implementation of new cyber security technologies.

Role Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of incidents escalated by Analyst level 1 or the SOC and control quality of actions performed

• Investigate and analyse cybersecurity incidents and follow up action plans

• Assist the modelling of new attack scenarios

• Coordinate regional cyber response activities with IT and business stakeholders, and contribute to global cyber response activities as needed

• Build response instructions and execute level 2 containment measures, document processing of incident within the incident orchestration solution (SOAR)

• Monitor APT (threat detection, reporting, contextualisation)

The Ideal Candidate

​

• Experience of dealing with stressful contexts and situations when facing cyber crisis

• Experience of working and partnering with other technology teams to resolve cyber security incidents

• Experience of communicating effectively technical information to a technical audience without expertise

• Experience of communicating effectively technical information and articulate risks to non-technical audience and senior management in crisis situations

• Experience of persuading technical individuals and teams who share different objectives and priorities to deliver the security activities expected from them

• Experience of performing threat hunting and digital forensic on computers, servers or network assets

• Experience of developing scripts (Python, REGEX, Powershell, Shell, etc.) quickly in reaction to incidents or for proof of concepts

• Demonstrated experience of strong knowledge in information security principles (security principles applied to architecture, network & systems, cyber forensic, security risk assessment, software development)

• Actionable knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework

• Knowledge of NIST framework and OWASP

• Solid understanding of exploitable vulnerabilities and remediation techniques

• Preferred Security qualifications/certifications : CISSP, SANS (GCIA, GCIH, GPEN, GCDA, GDAT), Offensive Security (OSCP, OSCE)

• Experience of penetration testing
